1 cup butter (really La Fina, but butter will do)
1 cup panela (but I used brown sugar)

Mix in 2 cups flour. Then add one cup chocolate chips. Press into 9x13 pan.
Cook at 350 for about 25 minutes (I think I went longer).
Eat. They have a very greasy bottom and I'm sure you'll have some comments for that.
This is what I made last night because my poor kids, H, and I all needed some sweeten'. (And store bought cookies just aren't all that.)
