Love the update on August. I notice you didn't mention your water heater etc! Just the good stuff... right?! or maybe the water heater doesn't come under the "what we've done" heading... but "what has been done to us!" Glad you got it fixed. I hope May finds you a new house!

I should do a "oh the trouble" post, just to remember it! It doesn't come with pictures, though.
