The other day Leila came home from the park with some sort of stitch in her side. "My heart is a little cracked," she said. "Can I have some medicine?"
Oh, may that be the biggest heartbreak she knows, ever.
When I came home from work I noticed some scribbling on Ali's neck.
"Who wrote on you, Ali?" I asked.
"Beple."
"People wrote on you?"
"Yess."
