When I walked into the house at about 12:30 today, I found a tea party happening in our living room, and a note in the kitchen:
Dear, mommy,
you don't have to make lunch today,
remember the tea party?

She and her brother had quite a spread with turkey sandwiches, celery sticks (cut with a table knife), and orange juice tea.
Later she assured me that she would have rather had the tea party with me.
If only I hadn't gone to the store for lettuce for my turkey sandwich.
