What Leila told the school nurse today: "God made head lice to make us itch."
And perhaps to drive Mommy crazy?
So far the rest of us appear to be okay. But God didn't need to make the actual lice, because even the thought of them makes me itch.
Leila says she was joking with the nurse, but she really wants to know why they exist.
