what i do at home sick

My strep is back- probably it never totally went away. The dr. has prescribed another kind of antibiotics and warned that if it doesn't work, it'll be time for a tonsillectomy- encouraging, right?
I think this is the strep that was going around this summer that is resistant to all but one medicine, or something. Although I'm beginning to feel better, I thought it prudent to stay home from work as I am still probably contagious.
So, I'm grading papers and watching "The Price is Right." I'm interested in group wisdom, and I think game shows are a good example of that. A woman just listened to the crowd and won a car. The same thing is shown on "Who Wants to be a Millionare" when the contestant polls the crowd for the correct answer. The majority is almost always right. This would make for an interesting dissertation topic, and allow for lots of t.v. watching, too. But that's not the direction I'm going in. Oh well. Someone else can have it.
